MarkerWithAnimation class

Animated marker widget with delayed entrance animation.

Performance optimizations:

  • Only animates first _maxAnimatedMarkers markers to reduce overhead
  • Uses lightweight easeOutBack curve instead of elasticOut
  • Minimal stagger delay (max 200ms total)
  • Returns child directly when animation not needed.
